  • Crissy graduated from Clemson University in 2007 with a degree in Preprofessional Health Science. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2011.

Crissy spent the first 10 years of her career working in an outpatient orthopedic setting treating a wide variety of conditions. During that time, she perfected many manual therapy treatment skills including joint mobilization and manipulation, myofascial release, and trigger point dry needling.

She has always had a passion for studying body mechanics, specifically in female athletes, and never expected to make a career change.  However, after having her own personal experience as a patient of pelvic floor physical therapy she became instantly fascinated with the field and began to pursue a shift in her specialty. Crissy personally saw the vital role that the pelvic floor muscles play in the body and knew that she wanted to be able to help other women like herself.

Combining her orthopedic expertise with her newly discovered passion for pelvic health, Crissy went on to become a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.  Whether your goal is to run a marathon, participate in a group fitness class, or simply play in the backyard with your kids/grandkids, Crissy will be just as passionate about your goal as you are and help you not only to achieve it, but exceed it!

When not at work Crissy is usually spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. She also loves working out, anything crafty, photography, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers!

  • “Crissy at Restore Pelvic Health and Wellness has provided me with exceptional care resulting in my successful and empowering labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, and overall improved quality of life. Crissy’s expert knowledge, bed-side manner and passion for pelvic floor wellness is displayed through her compassionate care for her patients. I am so thankful for the services she provides that have helped me feel validated, encouraged, and stronger!”

Crissy Freeman, PT, DPT

  • Kellie Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a degree in Health and Physical Education.  She received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2021.  She knew from the start that she wanted to specialize in pelvic health and applied for the Pelvic Health residency program at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.

In 2021-2022, she completed a 13-month residency program learning in depth about urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunction while treating a full caseload.  She had one-on-one mentoring with both pelvic and orthopedic providers, took both orthopedic and pelvic continuing education courses, and reviewed/discussed relevant research weekly.  This prepared her to take the board specialist exam and be CAPP certified.

Kellie is also dry-needling certified, has her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, and has worked on different research projects involving yoga as treatment for pelvic pain.  She treats all genders and ages and feels passionate about education on all things pelvic.

In her free time, she loves being on the swamp rabbit trail, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends, her husband Alex, and their dogs, George and Rudy.

  • “Kellie Davis is amazing! She took the time to understand my issues and has helped me tremendously in only a few sessions. The pain I thought I would have for the rest of my life is now on its way out of my life.”
